Abstract | The report presents data for the 1975 Summer Happening program and Network Schools programs at Millersville State College. Teachers' opinions toward the effectiveness of both programs are summarized and compared. The basic results of the analysis show that programs conducted in the network schools tend to be more favorably received than programs conducted at the College Summer Happening. The report also includes an evaluation model and instruments. Teacher classroom observation techniques, techniques for measuring children's attitudes, and evaluation forms for administrators are presented in the appendices. School districts are encouraged to seek training in evaluation techniques since educational accountability is upon the world of education. (Author) |
